Pulmonary Hypertension
- gradually and insidiously robs the body of breath and energy
- can affect anyone at any time, and does not depend on gender, age or life style
- is a rare disease and the number of registered patients is low - in Austria there are currently: about 700 patients
- though experts think that the number of unidentified sufferers in Austria may be as high as 10,000
- if not treated and/or wrongly diagnosed, can lead to death within two to three years
- is currently still an incurable, and an extremely grave condition

We are asking to you help by contributing 25 Euro and thereby have your name recorded on a personal milestone in front of the Planetarium at the Prater in Vienna. Your donation will go to support research into finding a cure for Pulmonary Hypertension. You are also investing in your own health care because Pulmonary Hypertension can affect anyone of us at any time. After all, if we were ever affected by it, we would certainly hope that medical researchers had found an effective therapy.
